My stay with Vianny was exceptional! I traveled with a group of 18, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time. The highlight of our experience was the concierge, Rafael, who truly went above and beyond. One evening, when we planned to go out to a club (Drink Point), Rafael insisted on accompanying us to ensure our safety and well-being. This level of service was truly remarkable and made us feel incredibly welcome. The home was exactly as described, and as the birthday guest, I stayed in the stunning master bedroom. The only minor issue was the water pressure in the shower. We rented both an eight-bedroom and a three-bedroom, giving us plenty of space. The on-site amenities, like the restaurants and spa, were fantastic, though we had some trouble with the hot tub heating. The built-in speakers and other amenities were a big plus and made the experience even better. Overall, our stay was a perfect 10 out of 10. And I can’t thank Rafael the concierge enough for his exceptional hospitality

Overall, excellent spot. The service was awesome - Davidson helped out at all times - and the location matched the description entirely. Would absolutely stay here again. The only comment I have - and this has nothing to do with the AirBnB / host - is that the location is a bit far from the center of Punta Cana (consistent 45 min drive). Driving back and forth was a bear, so something to note if you'd like to be closer to the action. Otherwise, highly highly recommend. We had an amazing time.

My family and I go on a trip every year for Thanksgiving, we loved our stay!! We had a great host named Davidson that was incredible. We booked the party boat through the Conceirge $60 per person and we were on a big yacht . Definitely a Thanksgiving to remember.

I loved loved this Villa!! We couldn’t ask for a more better place to stay while enjoying Punta Cana, it’s a gated community with lots of amenities and I felt so safe and relaxed here. the host and staff managing the Airbnb was amazing!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They tended to all our needs such as taxi’s, night club booking, beaches, restaurants recommendations and many more. We completely enjoyed our time there, even spending a day-in to enjoy the 2 pools at the villa. Kelvin was concierge guy taking care of us and we couldn’t ask for more, just an outstanding job. Thank you Vianny for hosting us, we really appreciated it.

Hello Vinny, I had an amazing stay at your place! For the first time I arrived at a place and the picture didn’t do it any justice. The cozy atmosphere and beautiful pools and jacuzzies were just perfect. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and the mini marts took the stress out of requiring a lot of transportation movements. Thank you for being so responsive and helpful with local recommendations. Kelvin, and your custodian staff were very responsive and hospitable and kept things very tidy daily. We appreciate the hosts’ hospitality and all the extra efforts they made. Overall, our stay was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. I felt right at home. This place was perfect for our group. We had a group of 18 and the 14 bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. The master bedroom and bathroom was amazing! There were maintenance issues we had to call about but they came to fix them right away. The golf carts ride around and will take you where you are going. Those guys were great! The disappointing thing for us was Castaways was closed. We were excited about the beach bar and having music and drinks while we were at the beach but was surprised when we got there that they were closed for good! Other than that we had a great time!!

My group and I had a great time at villa blanca, Vianny connected us with someone that helped to get our excursions booked and transportation from the airport. The beach is only a few steps away and they have the best concierge I have ever seen. Davidson is comparable to none and he truly deserves to be on salary he made every step of our stay seamless and was responsive at every point of the day. Davidson alone made this stay 5 stars. I will say, if you plan to cook or utilize chef services buy all of your food at a grocery store before coming to playa palmera

Air bnb was just advertised! Great safe location with walkable private beach, restaurants, and amenities. Staff was very receptive and friendly and responsive. Any issues that arose during the stay (extra towels, maintenance, etc) were all tended too. Communication with Daniel and staff was excellent. Highly recommend the chef (book in advance). Vianny and team even allowed us late checkout, after communicating needs for late departure. Air bnb could use periodic maintenance just to ensure showers, water etc and things are running smoothly along with minor dings that come with general use over time, but DEFINITELY worth the price. A/C came in handy as well. Overall would definitely stay again. You have full privacy at villa with staff always on stand by

We visited Punta Cana for our combined bachelor/bachelorette weekend and had a great time at this beautiful villa. Vianny was extremely communicative the whole time. With a few improvements, it has the potential to be even more amazing. The check in process was easy. The staff were communicative, fun and friendly. The place is right by the beach and is in a nice complex of rentals with restaurants and fun stuff. You communicate with staff through Whats App and they were very responsive but sometimes didn’t come through. We asked for extra trash bags, and someone brought us some immediately, which was super helpful. But we never got fresh towels after asking a few times. They did bring clean sheets after we found some stains on one bed. It’s possible they were short staffed. The place was overall clean but some fixes needed: one room had a broken AC, a bedroom door didn’t shut all the way, a shower didn’t work. We still had a wonderful time and would come back.

We had a great weekend at Villa Blanca y Azul. The place was large and an awesome spot to hang with everything that we needed. Chef Raymon was incredible and made the weekend perfect. There is so much staff who took great care of us, including Diana and Maniques at reception, the entire housekeeping staff, and many more to thank. Would recommend this place.

We stayed at Villa Blanca & Azul with my family to celebrate my dad’s 70th bday. Everyone was impressed with the accommodations. The villas are beautiful and Playa Palmera’s staff is amazing. We had a minor issue with one of the bathrooms, but the staff resolved it immediately. We had a special birthday dinner at MamiiiChula’s. Kelvin the manager went above and beyond for us. Got us the cake, decorations, rearranged the table layout and even got extra staff. 5 out of 5 stars for Kelvin. It’s sad that the same can’t be said for the manager at Castaway’s. I don’t know his name but all I can say is that he is an unprofessional ignorant ogre. We hired an impromptu Mariachi to surprise my dad on Dec 20th @10am. Castaways opens @11am & they allowed the Mariachis if we consumed, but at some point the manager almost fought the pizza delivery man for delivering a pizza for the kids and told me that we were evading his space even though we were heavily consuming. Overall 4.9/5 stars

Vianny and her staff were great. There was one miscommunication when trying to book and pre-pay for the private chef, but other than that, there was superb service and hospitality. 24 hour concierge. The restaurants (Florecita and Castaways Restaurant) were excellent eats. 5-minute walk to the beach as well. The villa is very spacious and everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom. Thanks to Vianny, Kelvin, and the remaining staff for being so hospitable.

My friends and I had an amazing time. Our Villa was perfect for the amount of people we had and everyone was able to have their privacy. Although we were not able to confirm our chef until we arrived, his food was DELICIOUS. Eduardo was a great chef. We partied all night and never received a noise complaint because the way the house is setup. If you are looking to travel with a large party, this is the place to be!

I celebrated my birthday here with my friends. The Villa was spectacular as shown in the photos. The entire staff were great. Bolivar welcomed us with shots to toast and kick start my birthday and was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. Daniel is a great guy. We communicated more frequently like friends. Luis checked us in. Great guy with good customer service and friendly. Helen took over from Luis later and continued to provide prompt service to our needs. Look no further, this is an excellent place to be...whether it's a family vacation or group of friends gateway, this is what you are looking for. We partied all night with music blasting without disturbing the environment due to the way house was built. Although we were not able to get a chef as requested, we still had a great time. I love everything about this place and will definitely return again and again. Hopefully, next time, I will get to meet the amazing owner in person

Celebrated my 50th birthday at the villa and couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place! The entire Playa Palmera staff was so accommodating and welcoming! From the beginning at the reception- Rachel, Bolivar, Mufa, Miguel, Vianny made sure my birthday crew was welcomed with true VIP service! I can’t thank our chefs, Julian and Rodriguez enough. They made our shopping experience great! Each meal was delicious, prompt and classy! Also, a huge thank you to Yamilex for the beautiful decorations! I gave her my vision and she nailed it! The icing on the was being within walking distance to the beautiful beach with the VIP area. Also, Castaway and Florecito was amazing, with amazing staff! My birthday crew loved the atmosphere and the staff! Thank you!!!!

All I can say is Wow! This place is beautiful! This is a real party house! We partied late hours, got no complaints! The way the house id built, the music stays in the pool area! Very smart! I could hear little music from another house but it was so low I could barely understand. This place is beautiful and secluded! The front supermarket has it all. This place is great!
