We rented Vianny's place for a romantic trip for my wife's birthday and had an amazing time! She was a pleasure to deal with from initial contact, to accommodating our request for late departure. The villa was very clean as was a very private pool. Bedroom mattrasses were very comfortable, as was poolside furniture. The kitchen was stacked well enough to satisfy a home chef in me. The villa is inside a very secure, 2x-gated community, offering a perfect combo of a resort and private home. As described, it is a 2-min walk to a very nice beach. Community offers a verity of restaurants many tastes and budgets, a poolside bar and a night club. There is concierge service, happy to help with every need. They decorated the house for the birthday ahead of our arrival, blowing past all my expectations, making my wife cry happy tears and me, look like a million bucks! We will happily recommend Villa Palma to our friends and hope to come back ourselves - just the two of us or with kids.

Amazing! Can't thank Vianny and the rest of the Playa Palmera staff enough for making sure we had the best time ever. Place was just like the pictures, the complex has everything you need, beach was lovely, restaurants had great affordable food, special thanks to the Florecita restaurant (can't miss it if you visit!). Already planning a new visit soon :)

Owner was an excellent communicator, usually responding within minutes and never more than an hour. Her helpful and friendly attitude made all the difference here. Mostly Quiet - no noise from restaurants, bars or foot traffic. Nice, clean pool and outdoor space. A/C works well. Wi-fi was pretty fast and reliable Cleaning and Maintenance staff were super friendly but a translation app is helpful Note: Bedroom 2 is accessed by walking through the first bedroom or through poolside sliding doors . Bedroom 3 can ONLY be accessed through the poolside glass doors. Once you’ve locked the poolside doors off the LR, Bedroom 2 cannot get to the kitchen or LR unless they go through Bedroom 1. Bedroom 3 will not be able to access the main living area at all until the LR poolside doors are unlocked. Consider bringing an extension cord and a small clothesline. A washer can be delivered to the Villa and hooked up to the outdoor shower but there is no dryer.

Great small development, we went there to escape the crowds and noise in the all-inclusives. The unit has a great setup each room has its own bathroom, so give each guest good privacy. The onsite restaurant is great, and has at ton of local food. The resort has a ton of on-going construction, so a good amount of dust. It didn't bother us as we were at the beach or pool all day. But could be an issue for others. We would definitely go back.

Spectacular place to stay. Location is just perfect. The house is close to its own market and private beach. Easy access to Grand Sirenis Resort as well. Transportation is easy. Vianny and the staff ensure you have all you need and more!
