I had an amazing time. Each room had plenty of privacy. The concierge Davidson was amazing as well as Jasier! He made sure that we were well taken care of! I definitely would rebook this place again. The only down side was the hot water and low water pressure. Everything else was perfect!

I am not an avid airbnb user so I wasn't sure how this would work out. However, it met and exceeded all my expectations. We were a group of 10 and we had plenty of space and every one chad privacy. The beach proximity to the beach as well as the transfer golf carts made it so easy to get my in-laws (who are in their 80s) around easily. The staff in the resort is top notch so very helpful at all times. Can't wait to return again.

This was the best Air B N B stay that I have stayed in. The host was extremely helpful with making our trip run as smooth as possible. He provided us recommendation for locals that were able to assist us throughout the whole day. Davidson the concierge was the BEST and was extremely helpful at anytime of the day. This Airbnb was awesome!! We had 12 people in our party and it was perfect! Rooms were spectacular and each one had its own key which was nice! The property was super private and no one complained about noise/music no matter how late we partied until. The resort was super nice as well with lots of restaurants within walking distance even one on the beach right behind the airbnb. My party and I will definitely stay here again in the future.

.where do you start when you feel you've just had a holiday of a lifetime. It was exactly as it was advertised on-line and we were all chuffed. Everything you will need for a self catering holiday is on this resort. The staff throughout the entire complex were just super warm and always had an 'Hola' for you which you knew was genuine. There are multiple food outlets, both male and female grooming parlours, bars, a well stocked supermarket and a well filled out gymnasium which was a massive bonus to my group, who all worked out in the gym at some point (I did 6 out 10 days) and last but not least the main restaurant 'Florecita' which is sponsored by Moet & Chandon which is a beautiful place for a meal under the stars. The bar is impressive too. These areas are also used by locals so you really get to mix in with energy of the resort. The pièce de résistance is the fact that you are 10 minutes walk away from the beach

This place is located in a perfect spot close to the beautiful beach. The host is amazing and will accommodate to your needs if you requested. The villa has everything you need for your stay, spacious and all the amenities needed. Vianny was very flexible we our check out time and gave us extra couple hours. I will definitely go back and recommend this place if you have a big group and looking for fun. Noise is not an issue here

We had a great time at Fiesta Villa for a week. Vianny was very responsive along with the front reception staff. We rented the villa with 5 couples. Playa Palmera was beautiful! would definitely stay again.

This place was as advertised… only a few steps from a Private Beach. The only complaint was it was too open, anyone could walk up anytime and have access to the rooms and kitchen, because the sliding doors didn’t lock! Other than that… I’d definitely book this place again!

Our annual Girls’ trip to DR was overall a great time. I’ve listed the main pros and cons of the property, with the pros definitely outweighing the cons. This is an up and coming resort, so they are doing a lot of building and renovating on the property. All-in-all, I give the property 4 stars for the reasons listed below. PROS -villa is private and well equipped -spacious clean rooms and bathrooms -pool and jacuzzi were great -BOOK THE CHEFS!! Luis and Rodrigo were amazing! -the beach is a short walk, and is beautiful! Not crowded, clean sand, blue water. -Reception service was 24/7, Domingo was great to work with CONS -Locks on three of the bedroom doors did not work. Only two of them were repaired. The master suite remained unlock-able our entire stay which was a safety concern for me. -Noisy at night, as the villa sits directly next to an entertainment venue on another resort. Their shows last until 11pm nightly. -Language barrier, have a translate app handy

I normally don't do reviews but i wanted to do this one I ENJOYED MY STAY. The reception office is very helpful in getting whatever you need. There was 1 hiccup i wanted to book chef services i inquired about it numerous times before my stay and was told to book when i arrive but when i arrive all chefs were booked because u have to book the chef in advance i even showed messages where i was told to wait till i arrive and the reception. Clear tried but there was none avail(that was my only (con) There is a beach within walking distance on the property please visit there is a bar and restaurant on the beach as well... The supermarket that was on property was also helpful. When i return this will Def be where i stay again.

Vianny’s place was amazing! It had everything you could need! And if it didn’t, Vianny or the concerige service were just a ring away and responsive 24/7. The staff on the resort are super friendly and definitely try to make it easy to communicate (download a translating app). My party was a group of six and everyone felt comfortable and had their own space. We had a covered parking spot that could fit two cars, the speakers for the outside were great (above the pool and on the jacuzzi). If I had any suggestions for the next person, they would be: 1.) The jacuzzi takes more than three hours to get to the max temperature. 2.) Even though there might not be a sign, this rule applies to all bathrooms. Do not flush toilet paper in the toilets. You have to dispose of them in the trash can next to the toilets. 3.) If you book an excursion, make sure you convert the pesos before booking. 4.) Bathroom hot water usually takes a while to get hot. 5.) Highly recommend the personal chef.

Overall the villa’s location was great. There was security and reception assistance always. On the property there are restaurants and the beach right behind in walking distance. Go to Castaways! Food is delicious! There were some issues while I was there. The manager was responsive and tried to fix everything that was needed in a timely manner. It was frustrating dealing with things during my stay but I was given a reimbursement for the inconveniences. My recommendation is to make sure all 6 bedroom doors lock from the inside and outside. Provide daily towels. Make sure the jacuzzi is heated prior to guest arrival. It takes too long to get hot. Thank you, Ayana

Vianny delivered what he promised. The team under his lead is dedicated to customer satisfaction and extremely approachable and service oriented. Loved the place, the isolation, the mini-market and world-class restaurant within walking distance, the beach literally a three minute walk..... I can in all honesty say the only negative experience in the whole stay was that we had to leave. Will most certainly use again.

Overall Villa was good. Ysrael was very energetic and cheerful. Issue was largely on responsiveness. One of the times our jacuzzi ran out of water and the staff were not able to help fix it. Another time we requested the staff for clean towels and drinking water, both of which never ended up arriving. If they figure out the responsiveness issues, its a great property to stay in.

I can’t say enough about our stay here. The staff - namely Ysrael and the owner made our stay so welcoming and comforting. They all went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Including a birthday cake and champagne for the birthday girl. The place is immaculate. With amazing features like a hot tub that we used EVERY NIGHT. And the pool that we didn’t get to use at all lol. We started planning our trip back before we even left. I cant wait to come back
