January 2025The house was great. My husband was very pleased with how everything looked. He stated it over exceeded his expectations. Everyone that was in our group was very excited and pleased with the house. Kelvin was great. He help facilitate getting us transportation to and from the airport. He help facilitate the menu with the chef. He made sure that we had lunch by the time we arrived to the house. We did have a couple of beds with stains on the sheets. I reached out to Kelvin and they were changed in a matter of minutes. Chef Wilson food was great. He did make some adjustments to the menu that I wasn't aware of until we were fixing our plates. It wasn't a big deal to the group so we were ok. Every meal was good. The cleaning ladies was amazing. They made sure we had clean plates, glasses, and utensils at all times as well as clean rags and towels. The only thing that I would say was a little disheartening was the language barrier. Thank god for google translation. We will rent again.

December 2024I loved everything about my stay here. We were 12 guests in total, stayed 2 nights and we all loved it. The concierge was very responsive and willing to help with any requests I had. Only issue I had with the place was the bathroom in the master bedroom wasn't super functional, the shower head was broken and the water pressure constantly oulsed from low to high, I didn't complain about it while I was there because we were only there for 2 nights so there was no opportunity to get it fixed. The chef was really good and everything we ate was delicious! I only wish they had Tupperware or containers that leftover food could be stored in as we were made to believe our leftovers were trashed. Other than that, everything else was spectacular. Kelvin the concierge was very accommodating and proactive in resolving my very many requests! Will definitely stay here again

December 2024Trip of a lifetime- 18 of us went and it was everything we had dreamed of. The pictures don’t do the place justice. It was a great space with private suites for all and great community spaces. Wilson our chef was amazing, Kelvin the concierge was top-notch and handled everything. This was my 16th trip to the Caribbean and there’s nothing I would’ve changed about the location or building. There were fun excursions the beach was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and the store had just enough stuff we need to be extremely useful.

November 2024The place was beautiful just like the pictures but what made the place amazing was the staff. Chef Wilson was extraordinary. He went above and beyond. The food was exceptional My family and friends are still raving about the food. Oro in charge of the housekeeping was amazing she made sure we had everything we needed and check in numerous times together with katherin and Perla. The beach is literally a 2 min walk, the restaurant on the beach was super good. When I tell you the staff made the stay amazing they do, I wish i had taken everyone name. The guy at the cigar shop, the drivers of the golf cart and housekeeping super quick response and amazing service.The only downside of the stay was that the reservation indicate we would have a chef and 2 maids but we only had the chef and the housekeeping staff that came to clean. This is why I say the staff was amazing Oro recognized we didn’t have the 2 maids and she step up and try to help out the most she can. I will definitely stay again

November 2024Overall good value and good stay .Property is very beautiful as advertised . Concierge Kelvin is awesome! Quick to react to a lot of the small issues that came up . The young lady that acted as chef's helper always came early in the morning to clean up before we woke up was also great. . The plumbing fixtures need to get updated. Mold smell. A few of the shower heads did not work well, low pressure and flooding. Also had some issues with a few toilets. . Felt like we had to constantly ask for towels and toilet paper instead of this being a seamless part of their routine. . It was my father's 90th birthday party and we had lots of guests. The chef failed to cook the dinner we requested and no one communicated with us in advance. The chef is the one that goes out and does the grocery shopping. He asked for $2400 in cash? For 5 days He also miscalculated because there was a lot of food left over and there was no way for us to recover any of that expense. . Chef daily meals were mediocre

September 2024This was my 60th bday party, and it was everything i expected. The villa was amazing, I had 21 of my family and friends there for a week and they made sure everything went smoothly. There was some hiccups but the fix immediately. Kelvin the concierge was outstanding..he went above and beyond to make sure everything was on point..the chef Wilson was new but he did his thing..the maid service was there everyday cleaning. There was as language barrier but we got thru it...my party was amazing. And our stay was even better..Thanks Vianny for a memorable birthday week. Nadine

August 2024First things first, we had an amazing time at Viannys villa. Everything was clean and beautiful. The chef/food was great and Kelvin was fantastic. The only thing to note is there were a few issues that happened during a short stay that caused a disruption. The villa lost power several times one night and also another day the water stopped running completely. That being said, kelvin was extremely prompt on getting everything fixed asap. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely return in the future. Vianny is a great host and communicator.

August 2024The place was very nice and spacious and private and safe! I would suggest asking for soap shampoo and conditioner to make sure its stocked. The chef didn’t follow all dietary restrictions so I would just clarify doing that with him. Also alcohol is not included so I would just add that.

July 2024We came to villa with 18 total family and friends to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. The house was beautiful and the pool was great. We were walking distance to the beach. We did rent a second golf cart so we were able to run to the store, club, spa, restaurants. Daniel our concierge helped arrange all our transportation and excursions. Chef Pablo was great. Our house concierge Kelvin was also amazing. He helped with all the food, reservations for dinner along with the transport to get there. We needed the shower fixed one day and he had help there in minutes. Our experience was excellent and I hope I get to return someday.

June 2024The home is gorgeous. Many commented the pics do not do it justice and I agree. The resort itself is very nice. Casa Andiamo is the nicest, largest villa in the resort. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The chef's food was generally good and he worked very hard to please us. We even had him Grill a whole pig!!! It was delicious. If I had a suggestion for the chef it would be to do something to ensure the food stays warm. Frequently, he completed the meal much earlier than scheduled and when we came at the scheduled time, it had been sitting for a long time and gotten cold. It prevented a good meal from being great. my criticism is toward management. We were promised 2 full time cleaners. What we got was a team to clean once a day. This meant food and dirty dishes piled up overnight. This is unacceptable. The chef came into a kitchen that hadn't been touched from the night before. We even had to wash utensils before we ate.

May 2024Pros: This trip was used to celebrate my 50th birthday (Saturday check in- Thursday morning check out). I was joined by 9 others. The reception check in was very easy. Our flights were late but they were flexible. The 2 concierges that we had were both very attentive. Chef Juan Carlos made delicious meals and was very accommodating. The main villa and 2 adjoining villas were all beautiful. The grounds, pool and hot tub were kept up daily. The 2 maids did a good job of keeping our areas clean. Cons: The night that arrived none of the bathrooms had wash cloths only bath towels. We were not brought any until the next day. Also one of our villas had water issues from Sunday morning - Thursday check out. Although the concierge was very responsive, it was very inconvenient for my 3 guests that were in that villa. The solution was to have one of the guest come to the outside of the house to hit a reset button and then let the tank build up. Not idea if they were in the middle of a shower

May 2024Had an absolutely amazing trip with our group of 11. Everything in the listing is accurate. Not sure why some have left negative reviews as this is nothing like we experienced. The Concierge during the day Kelvin is the absolute best, anything we ever needed he would take care of it in minutes. The late night reception employee Baroni was amazing, he helped us with anything we needed and constantly checked in with us to make sure we were happy. The highlight would definitely be the service these two employees provided, I’ve never seen anything like it before. Thanks guys and hope to see you guys again soon.

April 2024I will say that the grounds and the house are stunning. The chef Juan Carlo did a great job cooking for 20 people. The menu I sent in advance was not followed so it was sometimes a mystery as to what we were having. The concierge who went with the chef to buy our food should have followed up with us when he returned about the changes. We never had desert even though I had chosen one everyday. Communication is a bit tough if you do not speak Spanish. We had a few issues with our excursions and communication on those… but they eventually worked out. It was frustrating at times. They did run out of towels and toilet tissue, but it was a big group, and the house keeping staff worked really hard. They only came after breakfast so if you have all meals cooked you’ll have to do your own dishes from dinner to have for breakfast. The location is great. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful facility. Vianny was a great communicator.

April 2024Negatives: Too many people to coordinate with. Communication gets lost between so many people. Reception seemed a little hostile, also asked for payment, without double-checking everything was paid off. I did not feel the introduction was warm or inviting. ATM on site never worked and the bank off-site was always closed (Bring Cash). Positives: The chef was top-class and is an amazing source for getting other staff over, such as maintenance, pool cleaners, and maids. He is amazing at what he does and was very considerate about the grocery items he purchased/cost to us. Food was spectacular and always punctual…sometimes a bit too early but always worked out. There’s a host of ammenities to enjoy on the actual resort surrounding it. One of the quietest and beautiful beaches with an amazing restaurant called Castaways. Warning, this place is far away from any clubs and taxis can get expensive. If you’re looking for that vibe, it’s pretty distant. I recommend for families & chill plans.

January 2024Vianny was an excellent host - very responsive and very helpful whenever we needed assistance. The place is absolutely perfect for a larger group. It is ideal for large family functions or in our case, a bachelor / bachelorette party. The property is on a big resort called Playa Palmera, and there is some small supermarket (more so a convenience store) to get stuff like you maybe will have forgotten. The staff on the resort were excellent. When you check in, make sure to tell them the name of your villa (Villa Andiamo) to make it easier for you. Pool was great, hot tub needs to be turned on so just check the temperature when you check in. The property was slightly different from a typical air bnb in North America, so bring every single type of toiletry for the bathrooms (soap, shampoo, conditioner) and then cooking products for the kitchen you require (cooking oil, seasoning, condiments, etc) as you will need to bring your own.

December 2023We were 4 families staying in this villa. The backyard with the pool and hot tub is wonderful and this is where we spent most of our time. The chef prepared delicious food for us, which we ate at a huge table that accommodated 16 people outside. We also loved the beach (quick 2 min walk from the house) and Castaways restaurant. Vianny is a great host, responded quickly both prior to our trip and during our stay. We had some frustrations with people at reception, but I contacted Vianny for help and he took care of all of our needs right away, which we really appreciated. One great suggestion was to stop at Jumbo market on the way to the house from the airport and stock up on all of your food and drinks. The supermarket is about 30 minutes from the house. The wifi was spotty, really only working around the main house. This was fine for us and made the kids be disconnected from their phones and more engaged in the vacation. We had a great vacation overall.

November 2023This is a very beautiful and peaceful place. More beautiful in person than pictures. We used the full occupancy of 23 people which was a little challenging for the staff and chef. I personally think they've just catered to smaller crowds. So such a big group including children posed a bit of a challenging experience. They did their best to accommodate overall. The kids like adults had a blast which more than compensated for the little hitches. At the end of the day i would stay here again with my family as this is a very peaceful location for family. Vianny the host was very responsive.

September 2023Oh my goodness!!! It was beyond belief beautiful!! The house was so heavenly!! It was spotless and the furnishings was so exquisite!! We were treated like royalties. We enjoyed every minute we spent in this resort. Their response time was immediate and everything was perfect!! The excursions were amazing and their services was out of this world. I’ve traveled round the world but this by far is the best services we’ve received. Our stay started off as a delightful getaway, but it was the extraordinary act of kindness and dedication that truly made it a memorable and heartwarming experience. The defining moment of our stay was when my husband realized he had left his wallet behind at the property. Panic set in as we were already at the airport, but the staff handled the situation with utmost professionalism and integrity. Despite the distance, they willingly made the 45-minute drive to the airport to return the wallet to us. This act of honesty and selflessness left us speechless and deeply touched. May 2023It was a very nice stay. True to the details provided in the listing - accurate pictures, description, etc. Beautiful property. Staff was attentive and communicated with us regularly. We stayed with a group of 11 for a work trip. Given we were doing a lot of work on the stay, we would have benefited from better internet. WiFi signal was weak in some locations and download/upload speeds prevented us from being able to do some of the work we were hoping to achieve. Getting into the location was tricky. It wasn't clear to us that we needed to stop at reception on the way in. Without any native Spanish speakers in our car, we ended up with a lot of confusion between our Uber driver and the guards. Once we figured that out everything went pretty well. Reception was very helpful and accommodating. Another minor nitpick - inconsistent toiletries in rooms, including some rooms initially without any soap. However issues like these were quickly handled by staff. Will recommend internally.

April 2023Overall we had a pleasant stay. The villa is honestly much better looking than the pictures, but we had a lot of trouble with the front desk. We tried to coordinate chef service ahead of time and had 4 people involved including a native Spanish speaker and it was still very difficult. They wanted us to do all of the grocery shopping and wanted to charge us $200 to take us to the grocery store. That is the opposite of the relaxing vacation we were looking for. Once Chef Julian got involved, it all worked out. Chef Julian was awesome. We also lost power 3x, but the maintenance crew fixed it right away. After a very very lengthy check-in, we got to the villa and discovered there was no toilet paper or towels. The first person I contacted pretended to not know who I was, the second person told us that our reservation didn't provide that, and the third person fixed it. Those are 2 examples of trouble with the front desk.

February 2023I had a great time at Vianny’s villa. It was beautiful and just as described/depicted. The staff was great, and very helpful. Chef Julian was fantastic! I recommend asking for him by name. One minor drawback is that the villa is located in is rapidly growing resort area, so there was some construction noise throughout my stay. Overall it wasn’t too bothersome for me, but a couple members of my party mentioned it as annoying. Everyone had a great time though.

January 2023Place was like the pictures. Great service. Will definitely come back. For 15 guests we should get at least 20-25 towels to shower. Actual showers need to be updated a bit. Also for the pool we had a lack of towels. Other than that everyone was kind and helpful whenever any issues came up. Albert Happy was a delight to deal with. Just iron out the few issues with the service and you have 10 Stars!

January 2023Pros: The place was as described and advertised , the beach is real close, The chef was awesome ( Julian) really helped us and was super friendly . our flight were delayed which caused us all to arrive at different times than previously arranged and they were very accommodating and worked with us . Our questions were answered and overall every one was nice and we had a great experience . We will definitely come back . Cons: 2 of the rooms have an entrance not part of the enclosure ,you had to go out of the house to access them on the street . Not sure if it was communication issue but the reception had to be reminded about the prices of certain things which were different on arrival from what was advertised . luckily there was an email with advertised prices. The grocery store in the complex barely had any thing not even eggs so will advice to get groceries before arrival because the next store is 30 mins from the villa .

August 2022Accurate listing. This location is 45 mins away from the airport and 30 mins away from the attractions. This resort provide everything you need from the private beach to a restaurant on the campus. Location is safe as well. Would stay again

April 2022Great place and location! The hosts and staff were very attentive and even provided us with complimentary lunch on our second day. Pizza chicken and drinks. Anytime that you needed something, there was someone available to get it for you and any time of the day or night. They scheduled taxis and Covid test upon departure. This place is awesome! Highly recommended!!
