It is important for travelers coming from the USA to understand the DR is not USA and the infrastructure is not the same. I love staying with Vianny because she took care of us. I was there with 22 people and we had requests everyday and Vianny made sure that we got everything we needed.

Me and my family had a great time..The villa was very spacious and had plenty of room for us ..It was 20 of us..We enjoyed the pools very much and had surround sound speakers that you can hook up to your Bluetooth.. We loved the hot tub as well.. I had a few small issues but they were handled right away.. I would definitely stay here again..

Exactly as described! Concierge accommodated with golf carts whenever we asked! They have restaurants, grocery store, liquor store and pretty much whatever you need all right there! You can have fun and not worry about complaints or negativity! Definitely will book again!!

This place was in a great location, great host, & great place to stay. If you are planning to do excursions then I would say take advantage of the golf carts they offer to their guest because depending on how big your group is, it will take some time getting back and forth to the front of the complex. Amazing stay though, looked exactly how they stated.

I had a birthday getaway with my friends and booked this property for 5 days. The facility was perfect for us as we wanted a private place with all the amenities. The pool was fantastic, the rooms were well-decorated and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped to cook for all the guests. The guest experience was great, I will recommend it to other guests considering a perfect private property for vacation.

It is a beautiful property and lovely staff attending to the needs. The only issue is that lights, locks, water pressure, hot water and bath drain problems need to be fixed. Though you lock the doors anyone can enter from the sliding doors since they don't latch very well. I really love the staff and how patient they are when we asked them to come and take a look at the issues. There have been some water pressure and hot water issues in some rooms. Stove in the kitchen also had some issues with turning on. Some of these issues were fixed by service folks but others seem to be bigger issues which could not be fixed. Our manager was Luis Lara who took care of our stay and he is always on top of things and we could communicate with him very well. If the owner can fix these issue it would be lovely property. We felt like for the price we paid we should be getting well maintained property with less issues. We felt like we are there to fix their problems. :-(

The house is good. I think the property maintenance is not properly maintaining. The houses pool was so dirty the pool cleaning team was shocked that it was that bad. We was given the response from reception that it was from the previous rain. This could not be possible due to the algae build up in the pool and they had to shock the pool so hard that it took 2 days to get the pool useable. Then when it was useable the chlorine level l was extremely high. The house was missing hand towels and coffee maker. We called for hand towels and was told we had them. Then next day house keepers admitted towels were being cleaned. This took almost the next day to get hand towels. Rooms 4,5,6 in Villa Blanca flooded and we were told it was our fault. Due to one of the rooms faucet was leaking. They replaced and it flooded again from the toilet. Reception never came and tried to find any way to accommodate our clothes wet in this flood. Washer machine but no dryer to dry clothes.

One of the most beautiful air bnb’s I have ever stayed in. If you have a large group of people I HIGHLY recommend this place. It is set up for pure entertainment and fun while also giving off luxurious vibes throughout the whole villa. A very short walk to the beach and a beachfront restaurant called castaways that we found ourselves almost everyday day.

The team at Playa Palmera was great. The at home chefs we hired through the reception were amazing and definitely the highlight of the trip. We had a group of 28 and they cooked and cleaned up each meal of the weekend. There was one rude employee who was being outrageous about beers she claimed we took. She definitely made us not happy but the rest of the team was pleasant. I would definitely book here again.
