The actual home itself is very beautiful chic and modern. For our couples trip it was a perfect location. The beach is right down the street and easy to access. We had our own pool but also used the pool available through the resort community. Check in was a little slow. But overall I feel like in the Dominican Republic they just move at a slower pace in general. The resort it self was lackluster, the grounds were not pristine enough for me to consider it a luxury resort community. if you are looking for visible luxury on the grounds this may not be the place. But if you are looking for a nice gorgeous home to accommodate a getaway with family/friends and a beach near by it’s perfect! Concierge was great and they handled everything we needed. 4 stars simply due to the grounds of the resort property.

The Villa was beautiful! The staff were extremely tentative & very nice ❤️. However, we had issues with the water …it wasn’t working properly & the hot water didn’t work the whole trip . Also , the beds weren’t as comfortable as expected, the mattresses were hard . Overall , it’s a great location & excellent staff.

Our group of 6 had an incredible stay at Vianny’s Villa Sol. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beauty of the villa and its spacious layout. The rooms were huge, with the master bedroom offering a stunning view overlooking the pool. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room area provided plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service from Micker, our concierge. He went above and beyond to tend to our every need and was always available to help with anything we required. His hospitality truly made our experience even better. The only minor issue was the hot water, which required some planning. As long as we spaced out our showers, a lukewarm shower worked just fine. While not a deal-breaker, it’s something to keep in mind. Overall, we highly recommend Vinny’s Villa Sol. The stunning property, spacious accommodations, and outstanding service made for a fantastic stay.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Punta Cana! The house was absolutely stunning—just like the pictures—offering a true luxury experience with a spacious layout and a huge pool. The concierge service was exceptional; anytime we needed to plan an event, our concierge took care of everything seamlessly. The only minor issue was an unpleasant smell coming from the corner bedroom, but we managed by keeping the door closed. I’m confident this is something that can be easily fixed. Overall, this was an amazing experience, and I will definitely be booking again—next time with my kids! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

We did have a couple of issues during our stay but the host was super responsive. Our concierge Jefferson was super helpful & any time we needed anything he got it taken care of. Be aware that the hot water tank is incredibly small for 6 people & even when they turned up the heat, we had to shower spaced out if we wanted even warm water. The pool & yard were beautiful & it was super convenient to have the full kitchen & great common spaces.

This place was absolutely perfect. If you’re looking for a place that’s secluded but still has amenities available, this is what you are looking for. They were very responsive to our requests (like turning off the lights for the pool or when we needed more water. The market was great for snacks and quick eats, plus the restaurants were very good. Language barrier was there at points, but google translate was helpful. Only thing was the hot water in the shower, but i’d take AC over hot water any day. The pool/hot tub was exactly what we were looking for!

We had a great 6 days at Vianny's place. The place has plenty of space, a loaded kitchen, easy access to the beach, and a beautiful beach. We had long beach walks in both directions for hours; it was magical. The pool, the yard, and the space outside to hang out are all very convenient. And no bugs, which is rare in the Caribbean. Daily cleaning makes life easier, and having a designated concierge person is a bonus. Our guy Jefferson was great, responsive and professional.

The villa is huge and, overall, pretty comfortable. It is a bit more dated than the pictures in the listing. The mattresses were not great. An AC unit in one of the bedrooms didn’t work when we arrived, but we were very thankful that the maintenance team replaced the unit at 9pm our first night. Daily maid service (including washing all dishes) is a nice touch, but we were not told at check-in that we had to be at the villa when the maids do all their cleaning. So, just be prepared to tell them a specific time to come each day when you’ll be there if you want this service. The concierge service was nice, but the communication was frustrating at times. For example, text communication is with individuals, not a team of concierges. So when a concierge goes off-duty, you may not be notified of the new individual, and you may send a text that won’t get a response because that person went off-duty.

My wife and I took our 6 month old with us to celebrate my wife’s 30th birthday. We had a great time. The villa is exactly as pictured and surrounded by privacy trees. Our concierge, Davidson was amazing. He helped us our entire stay. The food was wonderful at every restaurant. I highly recommend.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at one of Vianny’s properties and it was an excellent experience both times. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the fact that this Villa is located inside of a secure complex with controlled entry points is very comforting. The Florecita restaurant in the complex is excellent, as well as the Castaways beach bar/restaurant, which is just a few minutes away by foot. I will most definitely be back here again.

Overall my stay was enjoyable & the place was as described . There air conditioning did leak & cause a mini flood in the master room & the plumbing was out for a little bit on one of the bedrooms . The villa is a 5 minute walk from the beach and a 10 minute walk from the main plaza. Very conveniently located. Everything was as described or better.

We loved this home for our vacation. It was spacious, well decorated and fit our needs. Very clean. The pool was lovely, although we had some issues with the pool lights at night. The property managers sent someone to fix it but the lights went out again. We were able to stay a few hours later for check out which was appreciated. The employees at the reception area were very welcoming/helpful. They assisted us in getting a taxi back to the airport. It was convenient to hop on a golf cart down to the beach, but the walk was very short. Beach was gorgeous. We ate at the restaurant there; it was good. We shopped at the lilttle grocery store to get some basic supplies for our stay. The kitchen was spacious. Only complaint was that some of the pots and pans were at the end of their life. The handles were almost falling off, which is dangerous when transferring hot food! There were 2 kitchen knives with broken handles as well and need to be replaced. Otherwise, wonderful stay!

Amazing stay with my family for son’s 16th birthday. Place lived up to the expectations and more. Bugs/ ants were a slight problem but expected for the secluded area. Housekeeping did bring us spray to use throughout stay. All amenities and features were available. Concierge and resort community staff were friendly and helpful. We will def stay again. Vianny is a great host. He contacted us immediately after the booking to thank us and let us know how to arrange transportation and tours if needed. He also reached back out to us just before arrival to make sure we did not need anything and had secured transportation to the location. I asked him several questions during the month before we arrived and he always responded immediately. The house itself was immaculate and had all the things we needed to feel right at home.

Villa Sol was amazing! The pictures do it no justice. Big home in Playa Palmera. Everyone that works here was extra friendly and helpful. We ate at all the restaurants and everything was delicious. You can order from the restaurants and have it brought to your villa. Easy to connect to the Bluetooth speakers by the pool so you can have the music going all night. Ive read on other reviews people complaining about the construction noise. While construction is on going in this up and coming community we had no issue with noise. Vianny was responsive and extremely helpful. We were able to easily book activities with the reception. So many things to do in the community I spend a good amount of time here. I will definitely be back and I already miss Villa Sol and the Dominican.

We loved the house it was beautiful. They have a golf cart to take you to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. House has 3 living rooms and bedrooms with patios. It was clean. The shower heads and construction around would be my only complaint. The construction was relatively quite so it wasn’t much of a bother. The property staff was very friendly. Maids come every other day. We felt very safe.

We absolutely loved this home and host. The Villa was beautiful inside and out. We celebrated my sister’s birthday and reception was incredibly helpful in ensuring everything ran smoothly. They even helped me surprise her with a cake and balloons for her birthday. We hired the chef for one day and the food was really good. This was a very excellent experience for me and my family. I loved the Villa and would definitely come back. The staff were very friendly and helped us every step of the way. The pool and fireplace was breathtaking and you can take many pictures in every view even from the balcony. Just love everything about it!
