The kitchen was fully stocked, The view was breathtaking of the pool area The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Ask about additional services when you book. The Chef and Driver were phenomenal as well! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive. They provided great local recommendations Overall, this was one of my best Airbnb experiences, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Punta CanaI would definitely stay here again!

October 2024Loved my stay, place was clean and very spacious. Maids came to clean and bring towels daily. Pool is huge and hot tub is nice. Bluetooth speakers for backyard to party. Didn’t see any bugs inside. Resort staff was very friendly and patient. The beach is beautiful and there is a bar with great staff. Resort has everything you need. Home was on the luxurious side. One room a/c didn’t work but we accommodated. Lighting in rooms is kind of dim. Overall 9/10. I enjoyed!

The backyard/pool was our favorite part of the Villa and we were in the pool everyday, multiple times per day! Staff were very friendly, and resort was actually not that busy when we went in mid-september. would definitely rent from Vianny again!

September 2024If you are thinking about it, just book this villa. This is honestly so perfect. I usually book hotels and resorts because I like the amenities they come with, but this was a private villa with the same amenities like a resort. The house is gorgeous. It actually looks better than the pictures. I feel like the pictures do it no justice, even the decor. It Chic, simple and sexy . So much space. They also had built in speakers by the pool which was soooo perfect . The location is perfect. The restaurants, the private beach ! If you didn’t want to leave the resort area you don’t have too !

May 2024This home is simply BREATHTAKING!! I had the honor of celebrating my 45th birthday this past Memorial weekend and was totally blown away. The resort property is BEAUTIFUL! From the beginning, Vianny was very communicative and accommodating. We decided to use the private chef services, grocery services and round trip airport transportation which was coordinated by Daniel, who was such a great help in planning & organizing our stay. Everybody on the resort was so accommodating and helpful. Davidson was our personal butler who took good care of anything we needed. The private chef services were done by Chef Manuel and he was simply AMAZING with delicious food, authentic Dominican flavors and his presentation was exceptional! We were very pleased with our stay and really hated to leave. You have to ABSOLUTELY book this place. You will not be disappointed!

May 2024I booked Vianny’s villa for my 40th birthday . It was 6 of us and it was plenty of space. I was skeptical in the beginning because I didn’t see any real pictures but after reading nothing but good reviews I decided to book.. Anytime I had a question he responded back in a timely manner. The villa is beyond beautiful, I wish I would’ve stayed longer. If I could give it 10 stars I would.. this will be the only place I book whenever I’m in Punta Cana. Don’t hesitate , just book it! I give it a 10/10!!

Surrounding restaurants were great, lots of options for different occasions. Lovely little private beach- would recommend a Pina Colada at Castaway. Couldn’t recommend this air b and b more- incredible villa, great service from cleaners every day, stunning pool and wonderful hosts! Couldn’t have asked for more.

March 2024The house was in excellent condition with the slight exception of the bonfires not working. Not a big deal but I will say that the service was excellent from the maids, repair people, delivery, and nonstop transportation service offered within the resort. Very timely response from Vianny and all of the services. The resort area itself was kind of empty but we planned to go out to other places for nightlife so there wasn’t a problem. Overall a great stay if you’re seeking comfort and high end leisure.

March 2024We overall enjoyed our stay at Villa Luna. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. The location was unbeatable — close to a private beach, a small market, and some good restaurants. The check-in process took almost an hour, but we were able to wait in the reception area with A/C. Reception drove us and our luggage to the property. It’s not super ideal or equipped for cooking-no dishwasher, the kitchen had dishes and pans but you’d have to buy your own cooking items like olive oil, butter, etc. Housekeeping is available but only comes once a day and don’t really tell you when they come and service only if you’re at the house so if you’re at the beach all day and need fresh towels in the evening- you should just message the host.

If you like to cook, be aware that the supermarket located at Playa Palmera is not that good and expensive, I recommend making a stop at a supermarket close to PUJ airport before heading to the house. I would come back!

January 2024We stayed in Villa Luna #1 and it was beautiful! It was so nice to have such a spacious place to stay for our family vacation. It only took a few minutes to get to the beach, which was also beautiful and we had our own private pool. Our host, Vianny, was always available and responded right away when we had questions. The only negative (if you would call it a negative), is the language barrier. We speak English and most of the staff do not. But, it didn't stop us from having a fabulous time!

December 2023We spent the last few days of our family vacation at Vianny’s place and it was incredible! The house is absolutely beautiful and better than the pictures. We spent a lot of time outdoors at the pool and hot tub and after the amazing sunset, we watched movies from the huge couch, which we all fit on. Vianny was extremely helpful with our questions and requests. We loved our time there and we will definitely be back!

December 2023100/10. Incredibly beautiful property. It was like waking up to a postcard every single day. Everything was walkable from the beach to the plaza containing restaurants and a small store. Even a loal market was walkable about 20 mins away. Vianny was very responsive and always quick and kind about it. Concierge shuttles were always around, so even if you started walking, you were 99 percent sure someone was going to stop and shuttle you around. an incredible place for our honeymoon that I won't forget.

October 2023We loved our stay at Viannys house. House is more beautiful in person compared to photos. Photos can’t even show how well designed and detailed house is. Reception staff was always on point with their help, especially Hellen(I hope we got her name right). We had some misunderstanding about chef services, but thanks to her we had opportunity to enjoy Paulo’s food(he is the best). We felt very secure at the resort. There is a restaurant nearby that has 15$ breakfast buffet but we weren’t impressed that much to be honest. Very limited and cold food. There is another restaurant(Florecita) nearby too and we had dinner 2x in a row because their food was on point. Supermarket was well stocked too. Do yourself a favor and book this house for your next vacation.

October 2023From the welcoming check-in process to the was of texting using Whats App, we found this vacation rental to be perfect! The staff at Castaways restaurant were ESPECIALLY friendly, attentive, and helpful! For instance, one night there were some mosquitoes on the beach at dinner. The chef actually came to our table and asked if they could pack up our meals and deliver them directly to our house so that we were more comfortable. The bartenders at Castaway were beyond great. They shared with us their approach to customer service (they have very high standards!) and made every interaction fun and personable. Cannot wait to return!

They were great with helping us order massages etc. I would recommend this place. Close to the beach, great pool and near the bars and restaurants with a constant shuttle available.

The host was very responsive to any questions we had, amazing staff with great energy you can definitely notice the staff enjoys working in this resort always greeting you with a smile, the beach is beautiful, supermarket is little but has everything you would need, restaurant had good food, the bar on the beach is a little pricey but the drinks are definitely worth the price. Definitely would recommend this resort/Airbnb to anyone. A bonus a lot of people on my Ig also fell in love with the beautiful views this place has to offer ❤️

July 2023This place was everything we could’ve asked for plus more. We booked this villa to spend my daughters 6th birthday here. Everything was so beautiful and looked just like the pictures. We enjoyed waking up early to Watch the sunrise on the balcony. The views were beautiful. Rooms were very spacious. Plenty of opportunities for pictures every corner you turn. The security in this area makes you feel very safe. There’s security on every street and even when entering the villa. There are walkable places to eat. We went to eat at mami chula every single day we were there. They have great Dominican food. Overrall I would definitely recommend this villa and will for sure be coming back. Any little issue we had was able to be fixed right away. This place is new and up and coming so please be patient if there is an issue. But you will not regret staying here.

March 2023the house was beautiful. We had difficulty with the propane for the stove and outside fire pits. the stove was fixed right away. Was never able to use the fire pits. clean crew was hit and miss. Daily cleaning is included, but actual was every second day. There is no dishwasher and no dish coths to clean dishes by yourself . Major party next door had music playing untill 4 am. comiption from house on either side playing different music was annoying. Need to have outdoor noise rules for resort. Ther resort was under construction every day starting 7:30-8:00am every day. when completed, the resort will be beautiful. current condition is not great. Castaways Beach bar and restaurant were amazing. hats off to owner and staff. 5 stars for them

The villa is modern & clean. The stay felt like a hotel anything needed is through reception. Which they are fast, responsive & polite. Our private chef was amazing!

A few comments to make it a 5-star: -provide daily towels and toiletries w/o asking. -clean pool and jacuzzi daily -provide instructions for wireless speakers -provide better quality pool towels. -instructions to operate the fire pits -over reliance of the reception for basic stuff. -Florencita restaurant provided unbelievable service (Maria Rodriguez the best, courteous and friendly all the time and makes feel at home), the food and drinks were great. Reception and other staffs encountered were friendly and responsive.

Everything was as described and most of all we felt extremely safe and well taken care of. The private chef was a huge plus for me and my group as he prepared the most delicious Dominican style meals which kept us always wanting more. I would definitely recommend a stay at villa fiesta and I would most definitely be back.

January 2023We really enjoyed our week at Villa Luna. My adult daughters and I appreciated the secure surroundings (security was visible but not intrusive). There are villas on either side of Villa Luna, but the vegetation in between the properties provides pretty good privacy. The pool was perfect and well maintained, and a welcome relief after lounging in the sun. The inside was immaculate and roomy. The kitchen was clean and included salt, brown sugar, and coffee (no other spices or oils, etc., so buy some if you plan to cook). But you don't need to cook if you don't want to: Castaways is a nice spot on the beach, and the restaurants in the other direction provided a decent variety of reasonably priced food. Villa Luna is ideally situated about halfway between and everything is walkable. The beach was wonderful and, at least during our stay, not in the least crowded. It was nice to have Castaways there for drink and food options. The host was great and so were the resort employees!

The team are always pending and were immediately available for anything that we required. We had a small problem with the air con and within a few minutes someone was at the villa to fix it. You will be well looked after by the team here. Thanks a lot for a relaxing stay!
