March 2025A group of friends and I started here for a bachelorette party and this was such a beautiful villa and I enjoyed every moment. We had Villa Jade & Villa Marfil together which was a total of 9 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, two pools and two kitchens. This was perfect for us 7 girls and plenty of space and privacy if needed. Kelvin the concierge was amazing and very kind and whenever we needed anything he was there. Daniel was awesome for scheduling excursions and transportation. Then we had two amazing chefs Judy and Ramon and the food was exquisite every single day that we had their services. Everything was clean and the housekeeping and pool services were there every day. To top it off, when I was walking on the beach I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners, her husband, son, Nanny and their two dogs. I believe the owner’s name was Yamilet. Definitely recommend this villa if you’re looking to have a great time and enjoy comfort. BOOK NOW DON’T HESITATE! They have plenty to offer.

November 2024The concierge, chef, and massage therapists were absolutely amazing! Concierge communication was superb! We began communicating weeks before our visit. They arranged everything from our transportation to our chef. We booked our excursions and in-villa spa services through concierge as well. We were a group of 11 and each individual/couple having their own room and bathroom was perfect.

June 2024All I can say is that we had a great experience at Vianny’s Villas. Travelled with 9 of my of my friends. However, all that satisfaction was smeared by the company (Minway travel service) who handled our excursions. They were tackless, only interested in getting your money and not there for you when you had complaints or issues with the vendors they provided. This company is different from Vianny’s villas so do not use minway travel services for your excursions. Daniel and Bolivar know nothing about customer service and management.

June 2024Lovely place. Didn’t even know it’s located within a resort. Of course we paid for a huge house, but wasn’t expecting double pool and massive space. The resort needs to work on plumbing, some of the bathrooms had issues with shower water pressure and drainage. I like the response time when issues were noted. AC failed on the first night but they fixed next day. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, I’d recommend any day

February 2024This place was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. Everything was walkable the beach was super close. Do not come before check-in time. They were incredibly strict with not allowing us to check in before 3pm. Other than that I would definitely stay here again when coming back to DR. Super safe, plenty of food options but the beach restaurant was definitely the best. And even though the villa had two pools of its own. The villa is located on a resort with a pool club which was always empty so definitely recommend checking that out as well.

January 2024Really enjoyed our holiday stay at Villas Jade and Marfil!! The location so close to the beach was wonderful, the rooms were spacious and each had an en suite, the indoor and outdoor furnishings were modern and comfortable and the small pools refreshing. The experience could be enhanced with some improved kitchen amenities and appliances but any minor issues were immediately and fully addressed by the host and the concierge. The host's responsiveness was exemplary . . . proactive, courteous, efficient and effective. Thanks, Vianny!!

October 2023Vianny always responded promptly and communication was excellent overall. Utensils could do with some upgrading and the Villa could do with a kettle and or even a a good coffee machine as the machine there was not clean. Bathrooms were small and water pressure were very poor in most of the rooms. Otherwise everyone was generally helpful and friendly.

August 2023Vianny was excellent with communications. However, Vianny is not the person you are interacting with on the property. I was asked to use the What'sApp for communications. From the first time I communicated on What'sApp no one responded for days. I advised Vianny and finally received a response. I started communicating with Luis and advised him of my plans for my 55th birthday celebration. Luis actually called me and confirmed my reservations for dinner on Friday, a DJ for my pool party on Saturday and brunch reservations for Sunday. No DJ showed up for the pool party and I don't believe that one was secured. The brunch restaurant could not accommodate us on Sunday. I spoke with the chef of the brunch spot on Saturday and was advised that Luis attempted to make the reservation on Friday (my arrival day). Luis dropped the ball on what was supposed to be a special occasion for me. I was highly disappointed in the service.

April 2023Vianny's Villa Jade and Marfil were very accommodating for me and my 8 guests. The two villas are connected by a huge patio door and look just as amazing as the photos in the pictures. Vianny, was a great host. Very proactive with providing information and instructions, and always responded quickly to my messages. The villas are located in Playa Palmera Resort, 35 minutes north of the airport and the downtown area so you'll definitely need to travel by taxi to get to anywhere. The Receptionist and resort staff provided excellent customer service and as they assisted with providing shuttle service to and from the airport, booked our ATV excursion, and arranged for taxi services when needed. The main issue we had during our stay was with the hot water heaters not working in both villas. Before we checked in we were informed that the hot water heater was being replaced in one of the villas, however, we still had issues with it during our stay.

February 2023It was a great experience for being in Punta Cana for the first time and the Air BnB location made it even better! The private beach was only a 2 minute walk from the house and amazing views! The house was awesome! The personnel who work for the resort are very friendly and felt like home. They have a very tight security working 24 hours to keep everyone safe and a shuttle to take you around the resort! I will definitely recommend to my other family and friends! Thank you for letting us reserve that beautiful home! I will definitely reserve again when we come back for another family trip !

January 2023The villas were beautiful and the host Vianny responded so quickly and prompt. As tourist, we definitely felt secure and safe with the 24 hour security around the property. Also, the drivers on the golf carts were absolutely amazing and were always super sweet and kind. The supermarket and the beach bar make it very convenient to not have to travel outside of the resort for anything, even alcohol. Highly recommend!
